Seriously though, it looks fantastic, well done. I have to keep reminding myself that I don't have enough time for the stuff I want to do now, and I should not add building stuff with hirstarts to the list.

I love seeing what you guys do with the HA molds. If I'd found those 15 years ago I'd have been in a whole new world of trouble.

Are all your walls separate from floor or are some attached? That kind of things are always trouble for me - whether to do pieces that are more easily deployed or pieces that are more versatile.
Thanks Sean!I used 3 different molds for the whole project, used the HA fieldstone ones(borrowed from Lotus_Eater,thanks Glenn!).I forgot I had the flash turned on,just got this camera![)]The walls are all seperate from the floor,I wanted it to be completely modular and customizable, except on the hall way sections...I forgot to post seperate pics of those, may do so when I have time, but they are basically like DF hallway sections, which I modeled mine after.

Bah,all my posts are filled with um...er...wisdom and knowledge![:p]Thanks for the compliments,I borrowed the molds, but they are about $29-$34 bucks each http://www.hirstarts.com/molds/molds.html I spent about $100 on dental plaster(merlin's magic dark grey)stuff is very difficult to break, but regular plaster of paris can be used(but it breaks easy)I spent $15 for a sheet of thin plywood for the base and probably about another $50-$85 for paint, felt, spray enamel, glue, etc,so not too much $ considering I got 100s of hrs of fun making it!

| Good dungeon!
I made one of these a few years back, using the same molds but a different color scheme (dark black/grey with some green highlights to represent mold/slime).
Posting your dungeon may have inspired me to actually use my Egyptian molds! The question is, will it be a an Egyptian tomb, or a blasphemous temple to Cthulhu? | | Champion of the Aboleth, Prophet of Denizens. BW Called Shot: Babau, UH Called Shot: Aspect of Vecna

| I have all of the fieldstone and half of the gothic molds. Best to order $400 at a time because you get the 15% discount and free shipping.
Or pick them up at gencon for 20% off on $400 or more.
So, $340 got me 13 molds. Not too bad. And i have used them a lot :)

| | great, at first I was thinking about it's openness but then again it would be good for gaming to see what's going to more and easy to imagine there are walls there. I have to try this kinda open set up with my DF stuff. Very tight painting.
