| | Started with a hardboard base, glued 40ish 7/8th of an inch squares on it and used pink foam for different levels, then drybrushed them. The gold pile is actually kitty litter that I sifted through a screen then painted it "gold" and added a few specks of blue, green and red for gems and such. I butchered some of my LoTr miniatures for their spears, sword and sheild. | |

| For the well i cut a 3inch square out of 1 inch pink foam then rounded out the edges with sandpapper. I used a knife and just randomly cut out the water. The bricks were carved out of the rounded pink foam.
I could have done the water more realistic but in order to keep my construction time down i opted for the knife idea.
Tottal construction time is about 20 min for it. | |
