| I finally uploaded my large castle map to a new site: Griffin Castle
It's been chopped up into small pieces and pasted into MS word documents for ease of printing. Requires ALOT of printer ink!

| | Very cool, man. Any chance you could put a single image file (zipped) up for download. | | Champion of the Gelatinous Cube. Nemesis of Gnomes and Dinosaurs.

| Sulaco,
That is a very reasonable request, which I'll probably follow through with when I have time. I have my own reasons for breaking it up and serving it up the way I did, but they are not so important . . . Anyways, thanks to both posters for the kind words regarding the map.

| The map looks excellent.I'd be interested also if you could take the time to put it as one file.
Nevermind on the one file request.
I will download the multiple parts and decide how to print it later.
Thanks for sharing it.

| | I have a question. I have saved each section now. I noticed that the map sections are numbered B2 through H6. Are there B1-H1 sections also? If so, what happened to them? One thing about maps like this castle is that there are sometimes archers trying to shoot to and from the walls. There are sometimes people down on the ground outside the walls. | | "Look to God and live." Alma 37:47 Vindicated Champ of Hippogriff (Arcadian Hippogriff) and Uncommon Horse | |

That was the original intention. I wanted staging areas for attacking armies not to mention room for cavalry maneuvers . . . but then the project was getting a bit ink intensive so I never finished those sections (I made the castle first with plans to make the other sections, and so I numbered accordingly). I think however it would be fairly easy for me to make B1 to H1 if people want as I still have the templates and materials . . . but I wonder if others will find the ink constraint as well.
Where they made with Dunjini? No. It's all homemade . . . mostly with photoshop . . . oh and I used some licensed clipart for a few details.
Anyways, thanks all for the kind words.

| | Amazing. I'll be using this as my PC's fortress. I'll repeat a request from earlier-is there any chance to get a single file? I plan on taking this to a quick printers and getting this laminated. | | | |

| Posted By Slayer on 07/22/2008 6:14 PM that looks great but could you design a dragonborn castle? if you do please post it I don't think the person who posted the link to his castle has been on maxminis for many months. I don't know if he will read that request. If there is some way to contact him through the website he has linked, you might be more successful in communicating your request with him.
