I don't know anything about making miniatures and if I tried it would probably fall apart. Does anybody know anyone that hires out their skill and makes custom minis?

I'd love to get a Modron Quadrone mini. I spoke with a guy that has made a nice looking one and he gave me instructions on how he did it:
