Subject: matching wotc paint

anyone know what wotc uses for paints. my war troll has a scratch i want to fix and i want to use the same paint if possible or as close as i can. scratch is on his skin

As far as I can tell, they use a strong oil based enamel. Which is good for your problem. Because you can fix a scratch using acrylic paint and keep touching it up until the color is perfect. But if its not to your liking you can remove the acrylic fairly easily and start over without damaging the original paint.
However, first try the color on a scrap piece of plastic and when you think its just right then use a fine brush to fill the scratch in. Be sure to use the same type of finish (ie: flat, matte or gloss).
