 | | 03/21/2008 10:14 AM | Alert | Yeah, I never really understood WoTC policy when it came to bendy bits. On one hand, there is the Boneshard Skeleton which is wrapped so well in the protective plastic that you have to bend it up a lot just getting it out. On the other hand, the (rare) Cyclops does not even have a plastic protector on his weapon at all...every one I've seen so far has horribly bent weapons.
Good idea with your mods though. It certainly makes the minis look better. | |

 | | 03/24/2008 7:49 PM | Alert | Speaking of bendy weapons. You'd think that the Bluespawn Godslayer's thick sword wouldn't bend. It came with the cardboard protection for the wpn. I have had mine sitting in a container with other huges. I got it out recently, and it was curved all around the body. Lame. Not that I was particularly fond of the mini to begin with, but still.

The suicide giant. | | The details of my life are quite inconsequential... very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner and RPG designer from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute and RPGA certified DM named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark and THAC0. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons, D&D every night. In the spring we'd make meat helmets for LARP. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag, forced to walk the walk of a thousand four siders, and beaten with reeds- pretty standard really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe, which was very handy for D&D. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles for LARP. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it.

The suicide giant. One of them is getting a bit of a re-sculpt and repaint for a Greek Fantasy game I'm planning on running.
