Many have asked what's happening at GC for DDM so they can plan for things.

I'll not pre post everything as we have a full schedule planned for next week but I'll hit the important highlights.

Thursday - 2006 DDM Championship Last Chance QT.
Friday - 2006 DDM Championship Final (Swiss rounds)
Saturday - Epic day, Epic Format!
Sunday - 2006 DDM Championships (Final eight)
Sunday - 2006 DDM Limited QT (the first one of the QTs)

There will be much more and league goers all show but these are the headline events I'm sure you're wanting to see.

Ian

Good news indeed! Looks like unless you cant get there by Thursday there will be plenty of chances to play DDM at all levels.

I asked on the WotC site if the Dreamblade Release 20k Tournament was being planed for Saturday.

Very interesting... they are giving the top 8 a day off on Saturday. I wonder if it is so they can play in the DB event? Or are they being nice for the people who played in the grinder, who then played all day in the finals?

Well that makes it easier for use to do the Maxminis event Saturday night.

Heh... it's to watch them sweat for 35 hour before they get to actually play the finals...

I bet its a little bit of all of the above. Their big publicized launch event, a chance for a day off from the insanity that is a major constructed tourney and.. um. yeah. thats it.

Weee! I volunteer to be the "Loud Voice" again! I still feel a little bad for that guy I deafened when I turned around to yell and he was sitting there and caught it full blast.
