I play at a flgs were we often get an odd number of players. Playing strictly 2-player games would leave some of the players sitting around borred & hence encourage them to not turn up next week etc.[:p] Our solution is multiplayer games. So if a CMG doesn't have a multi-player variant we are not interested in it (at allΖ])
Some of the abilities in Dreamblade are worded as if intended for multipler. However the maps, slow movement & victory conditons are massivly unsuitable for that type of game.
So I am interested in possible solutions, which retain the 2-player games basic tactics.[?]
Map; Use the map from the old A/H boardgame Titan which was origionally designed for multiplayer strategy & 2-player tactics.
Movement; substitute the 1-square Dreamlands movement with the Titan movement rules.
Victory conditions; I'm currently stumped on this, only giving 1-player a VP for the turn would lead to deliberate "spoiler strategies" in multi-player games. And these strategies would be entirely unlike anything viable in the 2-player game. So it needs a much more complex VP system... Any suggestions...[?]

Don't worry about the current metagame. It doesn't matter if it's ugly, bad, or the best ever. In 2 years time, set rotation will ban everything.
