I thought it was funny that they felt it necessary to say "animation for illustration purposes only. Miniatures do not move by themselves."
Is there really anyone out there that thinks these minis will move on their own? What are the legal ramifacations that Wotc feels they are protecting by having this statement?
At any rate I can't wait for this game to come out, it looks very interesting. I just thought that statement was silly.

I would think that they need to add that for the same reason baby walkers say "Don't leave baby in walker on counter," or on the cardboard Windshield inserts that say "don't opperate vehicle while shae is in place."
Stupid people need constant reminders.
