Can any blade ability be activated when a blade is rolled, or can I only activate the blade abilities of creatures in the combot in which one is rolled?

Only the creatures in combat can use those Blades. More precisely, to use a Blade you have to have declared a creature as part of the Strike even if they have a Power of Zero. That said, any creature in the Strike group can use a Blade, even if they contributed little or no actual dice to the roll.

You can only use the blade abilities of those participating in the attack (which is usually all of your creatures in the cell, unless you declared that some were not participating in the attack)

Additionally, while this is not a problem with the locations that have so far been printed, you may activate the blade abilities of locations in a cell that you are striking in with any of the blades you rolled for the creatures attacking in that cell.  The only reason I point this out is because locations are not technically creatures.
