Couple rules questions
Bonus Spawn Points
(This one seems obvious to me, but just looking for consensus in case I am wrong)
If I win init and during my spawn phase kill an opponents creature (such as with charge or warpstrike) does he get the benefit of those spawn points on this spawn phase or must they wait til next turn?
The rule book says - "...any creatures killed since your last spawn phase provides bonus spawn points..." paraphrasing from page 23, I believe.
So, IMO, anything you kill during your spawn phase (if you won init) boosts the spawn points your opponent will have available on this turn, correct?

Lets imagine I have a Noble Dragon, Scarab Warcharm and a Knight of S&J in a cell and I attack- I get some damage and 3 blades...
I read a clarification at the wizards site that said I can skirmish all three models out of the cell because there is no requirement that a creature be local to use a blade ability, it only need have participated in the original attack, right? So lets say I use KoS&J and skirmish the dragon and scarab out and then use then use the scarab to skirmish the KoS&J out and then use the final blade to do payback from the dragon – well the dragon has entered a new cell and his ability says “…target local enemy…” so do I a) get to do the Payback damage in the original cell using the power of target local in the newly skirmished-to cell or b) lose the ability to use payback because I should have done it first, targeting a local creature in the original cell instead of skirmishing first? Or c) simply target a creature in the original cell because that’s where the blade is being applied irregardless of the fact that the Dragon is no longer “local”?? The same question could be asked of the Flanking and Stalwart abilities or any other ability that adds extra damage to an attack. The obvious advantage of choice a), of course, is that conditions in the new cell may be more favorable for activating a given ability than the one you were originally in but then again it seems weird. Answer c) seems the most correct option to me.What do you think?
