These are already on the wizards forums somewhere deep in one of the threads there, but the new inquest spoils these guys in additionto some we already have and all of the gambit creatures. None of these are listed with aspect cost.

Madness:
Decapitrix cost 7
Stitched

Power 3
Defense 4
Life 9

Multiblade warpstrike 2

Passion:
Horned Marauder cost 9
(One assumes) Bloodcut

Power 5
Defense 5
Life 8

No exact wording, but it says "local bloodcut allies get deathblows regardless of initiative"

Valor:
Naga Broodqueen cost 5 ( I assume at least 2 or 3 valor, since it seems to follow the night queen mould)

Power 2
Defense 7
Life 8

Decapatrix; Warpstrike-2 is going to be no use without the DHC or a similar attack boost.

Horned Marauder; might be usefull to boost other Bloodcut creatures. But like most "commanders" it's not a lot of good on it's own.

Naga Broodqueen; Looks like a variant on Knight of Tommorow. But it needs a double blade & affects all allies in the cell.  The phase "move" 1 square. will need clarifying as for the Angel of Sunrise. Do the normal restrictions on movement apply. I suspect WotC have changed to this wording because of the Rageing Vanguard. Which can take advantage of a "move" ability to effectivly "skirmish". If the wording had been "Advance" creatures 1 cell, then the Rageing Vanguard could not use it's ability in that way.

Don't worry about the current metagame. It doesn't matter if it's ugly, bad, or the best ever. In 2 years time, set rotation will ban everything.
