If a demon summons another one and the first one is either killed or banished, does the summoned demon also leave when its summoner is dismissed?

I believe if the summoner is dead the summoned also disappear. Very much like a summon monster spell.

Except that unlike D&D where you do not get exp for defeating summoned creatures. In DDM you do score points for killing summoned figures.

i.e. Summoning figures is a great way to give your opponant an extra 30 points.
