I`ve been trying to pay for some ebay'ed stuff via paypal & keep getting same error for last two=three days (grrr it's holding up my plasticrack)

later by returning to eBay and clicking the My eBay button.
Is it just me or are others having same problem.

I've had similar problems in the past, but I've usually been able to pay by logging into Paypal and then choosing "Pay for eBay items" option that is part of "Send Money" tab.

It does require that your Paypal account be connected to an eBay account, but if I remember correctly it was as simple as telling it what your eBay ID is as long as the email address connected to the eBay account matches an email address you have listed on your Paypal account.

Most of the time those problems are pretty transient and go away in a few minutes or a couple of hours at most in my experience with thousands of such transactions.  You can also try what was suggested above see if the problem is at the Paypal end or the linkage.  You will need the auction numbers to do this directly.

Built the addition for this addiction, now on to the "gaming table" project....

I had a problem with paypal back in Jan/Feb, it didn't resolve well, I stopped using there service the better part of a year and only recently used there service again...only because they're so integrated into Ebay.

But if I can avoid them I will.

Gawd, paypal customer support is like treacle.
Very annoying as happened from a spillover (that is buying more than 40 items).
WoDQ has been bad karma for my buying.
Heh. That spillover always happens with me an Auggie- he just has me set the shipping on the second Payment to Zero, and put a note in the comments...
