I started a new thread because with the size of the other I am afraid some of the info contains herein will be overlooked and I have learned much and wish to clarify other points. Let me start by thanking this community for the response. I have enjoyed a very good rep at Maxminis for some time and like to think that I earned that. I am 99.9% sure WotC is following the original thread closely as I have some inside info that confirms my suspicion and your emails to customer service and the overwhelming post/view . Your comments and opinions are being read by the powers that be. It should be noted however that WotC has not contacted me and this is 3rd hand info so take it as you will. A very big THANK YOU! Is in order for your support. Some of the consequence of my post were intended some were not. To get WotC’s attention was #1 and well, I think I certainly have done that. First an unintended consequence. It seems I have gotten one of my sales reps in a lot of trouble with his boss. Of everything that is transpiring behind the scenes right now this is the one that hurts me the most. I consider this individual a friend as well as a business associate and to him I apologize for entangling you in this mess. To the boss of this person, you would do well to remember ALL that he did was tell me that my current order was not going to be on time and give me a heads up that they would not be able to sell to me in the future because my B&M store no longer met the criteria. It is this very attitude of customer relations that has earned my business and loyalty with your company in the first place. In fact it is my belief that ALL of your sales reps up there would have done the same for me and I imagine they are all breathing a sigh of relief right now that I am not their account. It is a testament to your hiring skills that you maintain such a caring, upfront, honest staff who genuinely care about their customers. I am loyal not to the Name but to the people behind the name up there. Please consider carefully any disciplinary action against said individual. Ok now for WotC. I regret in my open letter mentioning lawyers and possibilities of law suits. I should have just left that paragraph off until it did in fact come to that point. Instead you have most likely begun circling the wagons and now view me as a possible adversary instead of someone who is really an ally. Through information I have gathered (3rd hand) I now believe that your intentions are to target the people selling cases to the public at virtually cost and not targeting me specifically. I simply was caught up in the crosshairs of this policy. I was basically told though I can no longer have my small (but growing) business (loss of the online side would kill my B&M side). I reacted maybe a little rash with the suit thing but really what would you do after such news? I wanted to bring some attention to myself , a person who is getting trampled in this deal and it seems I have done so in a big way. For this I am not sorry.
