I placed and order last week and sent and e-mail and I've had not contact from them.  I've also check the status of the order and it say processing.  I was just wondering if they had closed up shop or if anyone had any recent news about them.  Thanks.

I still haven't heard anything from them about my order and the paypal transaction posted to them.  So now I'm out about $40 and no figures. Anyone ever have trouble like this from them before.  I ordered from them before without any problems.

You have 45 days to put in a dispute at paypal if you dont hear from them. You can also send a note to the company through paypal as well.

I got my figures, but only after filling a paypal dispute. We may want to remove them from the on-line sellers lists.

I am glad you received them. Something about seeing a possibility of a company losing the funds makes the company get off of their duff and get the order out.

That sounds like shoddy business practice to me. Did they at least offer an apology, or reasonable explanation? If not, they should be posted on some kind of a "do not deal with the following online sellers" list. Perhaps, in the "Commercial Websites" section of the marketplace would be the best place for something like this.

nope there was nothing no reply to any e-mails or with the package.  It's a same as I dealt with them in the past with no problems.
