| | I heard from a distributor that the set was pushed to be out before black Friday, by Lucasfilm. That WoTC wasn't ready for a full release yet. The 1st wave is going to be small and ther are no 'release events' planned. Any one else here anything? | |

| That would not surprise me, since the quality seems so low.
Now that I have a starter, I must say the quality is very good, with the exception of some warped plastic.

| Here's the thing the Product has been listed on WotC release list for retailers as Nov 24, for like oh 3 months (i know i saw it there before Bounty Hunters came out)... so it's not like they recently changed it.
It's the inital product in what may be a one shot line, and it has seen some changes since inception, (it was oringally slated at 40 ships), so there are bound to be some odd things going on with it.
to Tooninki, i think Qucalion of Celene means that there are only 7 minis per booster, unlike in Axis and Allies and D&D minis where there are 9 and 8 respectivly. Lucas' "cut" is represnted by the same price per booster, but less figures. So for the same sale price there is less product, and that means more profit per figure.

| Still having just the starter, plus my customs (pics coming soon). I SHOULD get a case in 2 weeks or so, but I'm hoping I'll get my singles first. I was fast and ordered 2 sets of singles (total of ~$50 purchases that I hope I got them under customs limit), including 4 Imperial Star Destroyers... them seem to be sold out from both sites now so I'm glad I did it. Also many capital ships were(are) dirt cheap, and I'm getting quite an amount of them... I just didn't order much fighters, TIE's & n-wings are expensive, almost as expensive than the Trade Federation battleships was
I would have bought more clone wars fighters as they were really cheap, but they started to push mailing costs too high. Within a few weeks, I should have lots of ships for all armies. I guess that it would be too much to hope for Home One and Interdictor in my case, I just hope for one of them. Well, Interdictor
I'd really want to start playing SWRPG again, unfortunately there is not that much interest for that here 
Btw, is anyone else not that much excited about Rares? To me this is like Dragon Queen, rares are not that much interesting. There's just a few I'd really like to have: Wild Karrde (bulk freighter!) and Falcon mainly, maybe also Vader's fighter & one of the Slaves. | |

If I'll have the need we can see if we can make something out. There's just the problem with this game that you can't make thin & protected packet with them, at least for most minis. If I send a single mini out of europe, that's ~7 Euros =(close to $10) so I probably won't do trades with single rares.
Very understandable.
Let me know, and we can go from there.Â

| I'm waiting on my last case to arrive before i start trading.
As it stands now i have 2 Boba Slave I, and Two Obi wan interceptors. As well as 2 Droid Control ships, and scads of doube to more than quads on some uncommons, but almost none of the others (just 1 B-wing and 1 cloak shape )
So once i get everything squared away on purchases i'll start trading for stuff. | |
