The Pirate Ship game is uses crews, commanders, weapons and it is something very much lacking in the WoTC game.

Looks like they handle scale similar to SWSS - or worse. The imperial shuttle in pic looks as big as the falcon.
Thats enough to turn me off it.

| | 02/28/2007 7:58 PM | Alert | As a fan of Pirates I am looking forward to it. My set of SSB is now complete, and it will be interesting to see how well Wizkids pull it off. If it plays like Pirates I might just use the Wizkids rules (using crew cards) and just use my WOTC ships. It would be neat to see how they compare. Competition is good!
I had picked up some of the now defunct Rocketmen boosters ages back because I needed ships for SWRPG. In one pack you can actually pull cards that pop out to produce 4 of the same model. This would be great if they can do this for X-wing and Tie squadrons. | |
