I've seen a few people talking about adding rules to the Starship Battles game for Commanders that would add bonuses to your fleet or specific vessels that they were aboard. I was just wondering if anyone had actually come up with a system of points and stats for such characters. I'm just starting to kick around a few ideas for Grand Admiral Thrawn and a few others, looking at their Skirmish Stat Cards for inspiration. Any input?

I think there's a big list of commanders at WotC forum. I don't know if they are onboard any ship or not... Anyway, current rules pose a problem for fleet commanders onboard ships as other ships can't protect command ships. Hopefully we'll get those often discussed advanced rules!

Btw, I'm jumping into B5 ship minis game, I believe it's got more interesting rules... I hate metal minis, so so far I've made my own ships :)
