OK, with all the submissions and all the different idea's we are going to need to get a little more organized. We will also have a review system as well for all teh different things made.
First though we need to get a nice template worked up that everyone is willing to follow to put there information down and in an organized manner. Here is the basis of a tempalte i have going so far. I want to see what everyone thinks should and should not be included in submissions so please post your idea's here and ill have a template worked up and ready for everyone by the end of the week.

| | Maybe a section called "notable people" or one called "heros." I still also favor the term "population" over "race." Since population can include a breakdown of the percentages of various races and also the general number of people of each race. | |

| I am unclear,is this a template for submission review or the way you want us to lay out our information as we are building the kingdom.
If the first I'm fine with it but you might want and a spot for a short description/overview of your empire/kingdom/lands. If the second then you may want to include a politics/government entry and a religion one, and maybe a history of.
Also for those of us that have already started how do you want us to deal with the new template(if the second), start a new thread to reorganize our information or just continue and try to follow the new guidelines from then on.
On another note you may also want a list of things not allowed in the world. Before all the world building started the group consensus was nothing exclusive to established settings,especially Eberron, and low magic. Now I see kingdoms with a 7% living construct population and Arcane islands. Now if the group wants to go this way its fine with me but i've build my lands with the low magic in mind. The Yuan-ti would be much more feared with high magic or high psionics easily avalible [:)]. | | | |

| I dont want to stop anyone in the middle of there work. The template is going to be used as a guideline and for submitting for review when done.
I want everyone to continue working on what they are working on and not to stop to wait for the template or anything like that.
Once its done most people can just copy and paste to the relevant locations and go from there. SHould not be too much of a hassle at all to get the information onto the template.
So yes, its going to be for organizing and also for submitting.
To not kill all the server storage for the site im also going to host completed submissions on an alternate website, as well as a general layout of the map and locations and everything and then just link to it from here...
Going to actually work on getting that up and running sometime today hoepfully if not by next weekend so people can go at any time and look at what has been done so far.
Ill update the template with your suggestions here next as well. I want to make sure the template covres everything it needs to, thats why i just put out a basic one and left it up to everyone to give idea's for what they would like to see, as far as info on each kingdom.
As far as what should and should not be included. The only thing i am really against, as well as a lot of other people, is warforged. Seperate poll on that shortly as well. | |

| Just a basic, REALLY BASIC idea of what i will do with putting them on a website. It will be a different website and more oriented towards the actual project instead of a bland company website like the one now.
