OK, i threw together a quick website and jsut got some basics on there this morning for the project. You can click on the link below to check it out.

If you have any suggestions or would like anything added let me know here. Below is also a list of some of the things i plan to do with the website. Which im sure will grow in the near future.

--Individual links for each claimed area
--Link to the design template once its done

Do you intend to make the site a wiki so that everyone can update their own sections or will you be handling all the updates manually?

Well here is the issue with the site and allowing other people access to it.

It's a company website, i can do whatever i want with it as long as its legal and moral in the general sense, no porn, warez and so on.

Now the site does provide me the ability to have 9 other users on the base site, which i could upgrade it with no issues but i am totally responsible for what is put on there. My job is basically on the line with this website and im still debating whether i would be wise in giving out access to everyone.

Depending on the amount of work, as long as I can keep up with it and its not taking a ton of time i should be able to handle it. If it gets to a point where i cant ill probably give access to a couple people to help out and manage the site.

But once again, i would still be responsible and if someone did something it would be my job on the line, thats why im hesitant about it.

And also, honestly its a site designed for appraisers. I can do a lot with it just cause i know every detail of it but it is limited in the things that it can and cannot do. So its a base to collect info but i dont know what all its going to be yet.
