This one is a little too impressive. A lot of hit points and healing surges. A good mix of useful skills and powerful attack options. I'm not sure overpowering the warlock is the best way to bring the class fans though I image it will work.

I do like the idea of the fey pack. This way the class can be used as a servant to something other than the lower planes. It becomes more of a cleric for alternate sources such as the fey and the elemental powers.
