Goodman Games has four adventures already for 4th edition. "Dragora's Dungeon", "Isle of the Sea Drake", "Forge's of the Mountain King" and "Sellswords of Punjar". I've got the last three from GenCon and they look pretty good. Planning on runnng them at my local gaming store soon.
