| Monks/druids require a lot of work since a lot of their abilities don't translate well/don't exist in 4e.
Barbarians are really easy to translate into 4e.
Bards are the easiest. Play a warlord and strum a lute each round with a free action  | |

I like the idea here, to make it easier to convert. Some of these classes will become a lot easier to convert once they, you know, have 4E classes (Druid, I'm looking at you)
