very interesting... i wouldn't want to convert the monk though, that looks complicated and ineffective.

Monks/druids require a lot of work since a lot of their abilities don't translate well/don't exist in 4e.

Barbarians are really easy to translate into 4e.

Bards are the easiest. Play a warlord and strum a lute each round with a free action

Meh, some people are just dumb .

I like the idea here, to make it easier to convert. Some of these classes will become a lot easier to convert once they, you know, have 4E classes (Druid, I'm looking at you)

Or you could play spoons.  No one plays spoon!

I've got a pair of rhythmic spoons in my miscellaneous percussive instrument box (along with maracas, claves, castanets, a djimbe, shaker eggs, and a bunch of other random stuff). You never know when you'll need to play the spoons.

More like the path that makes monsters go wtf? and stares fascinated by it and they get killed by the other PCs.

Just a simple traveler from the swamps of Dagobah otherwise known as Florida. Also known as Hurricane Alley!
I always try to send through delivery confirmation, and I expect the same. It's only 55 cents extra, so it's just a little more than a pay phone call, so just do it for the Kai. I prefer to trade with people in the US and Canada, sorry everyone else.

Distraction would be tactical, I guess.

I'd be worried about the party that gets inspired by that.
