STARTERS
In starters, the distribution appears to use the same slots, except the wood elf ranger and orc mauler appear to not be included in the random figures for starters (as they are already fixed in the starters). The figures are:

1 X C4
1 X U1
1 X U2
1 X U3
1 X R

The Large Duergar appeard in the 'expensive' slot, while the mephling pyromancer appears in the cheap slot. This means that you can get a very expensive piece in the otherwise cheap slot, and that it is impossible to get 3 larges in a booster or starter. In addition, the wood elf ranger and orc mauler are found in different slots, so you can pull a booster with the two fixed commons from the starter ...
For balance issues in limited, this is a little troubling. One person could pull a booster worth 334 points while another pulls a booster worth only worth 110 points. However, these would be fringe cases. | |

| Hmmm what I don't like is the possibilty of being able to get all 4 Warforged in a single booster....I realize the odds are very small, but I think I would cry myself to sleep that night if it happened.

| So in my starter and booster for the release tournament I want:
Starter: WER, Orc Mauler, Hunting Cougar, Skeletal Legionnaire, Troglodyte Thug, Quaggoth Slave, Axe Soldier, Terror Wight; Warforged Scout, Warpriest of Moradin, Hill Giant Barbarian; Some Rare.
Booster: Arcanix Guard, Quaggoth Slave, Goblin Blackblade, Terror Wight (mmm, spawnage); mephling pyromancer, Inspired Lieutenant, large duergar; Some Rare.
Wouldn't mind a combat medic or another Hill Giant Barbarian either. hehe. | |

This part confused me, it seems to say that it is extremely unlikely that you will get anything from C3, C4 except the wood elf ranger and orc mauler appear. Or did you mean:
