Ill be updating and posting this at least once a month, usually a few days after Z puts out his price guide.

| They appear to be smoking some non-plastic crack on some of those numbers, though.
Unless anyone here thinks that while a regular Elminster is going for $15.50, a re-paint Elminster from Gencon is going for just $3.50
And the Crucian repaint is the highest going for $9.25? That's one of the most common repaints, because it's the one that gets given out by delegates at any demos we run.
I think their problem is likely that they put a default price in, and until they get data points to justify moving it, it'll just sit there. Crucians are in sufficient supply that you can find them. Everything else just sits there at the default number, because they don't move around that much. Hopefully over time that will correct itself. | | Stephen Padbury DDM: Ha 80/80x2 - 473 | De 60/60x2 - 306 | Ar 60/60x2 - 366 | GoL 72/72x2 - 437 | Ab 60/60x2 - 451 | Dk 60/60x2 - 578 | Af 60/60x2 - 548 | Ud 60/60x2 - 453 | Wd 60/60x2 - 438 |Repaint 40/45 - 163 | Total 4213 SWM: RS 54/60 - 179 | CS 24/60 - 54 | RotS 56/60 - 188 | U 50/60 - 146 | CF 44/60 - 84 | Total 651 AAM: BS 48/48 - 221 | S2 46/48 - 122 | CS 42/45 - 107| DD 17/45 - 18 | Total 468 Member of the Wizards of the Coast Delegate Program for Delaware

| Yeah, the prices in scrye are off base on a lot of things. Not really worried about that, just included cause my FLGS goes by scrye 99.99999% of the time so i like to know what things are worth to them.
But that has been brought up in a couple different threads. More concerned with what people think about the spreadsheet more then the scrye prices ;) | | Ha:19 of 80! De:43 of 60! Ar:24 of 60! | Hi, just a suggestion: Instead of using =((P#+Q#)/2) for column R, try using =average(P#:Q#) instead! That way, you won't get half the listed price when you've only got the price from one of the sources (look at your strange averages for War Drums)! | | Champion of the Tarrasque Knight of Kraken

Well honestly there was a very very simple reason i didnt do that Oyvind. Basically didnt know you could do averages, hehe. Now that i know i will definitely modify it and correct this and get it uploaded witht he correction, may be after the weekend, leaving work and going to be too busy, and i quote from someone else, "Rolling around nekkid on my bed in miniatures."
Any other suggestiong you have are more then welcome and thanks again for that tip. | | Ha:19 of 80! De:43 of 60! Ar:24 of 60! GoL:60 of 72! Ab:59 of 60! Dk:58 of 60! Af:60 of 60 Complete! | I just put in my rares (from memory, I'm sure I missed some) and they come out to an average value of more than $4000. [:0]
I wonder if you can get insurance on collectibles...
BTW, I can't seem to see the Hill Giant Barbarian promo listed. | | Champion of the Gelatinous Cube. Nemesis of Gnomes and Dinosaurs.

| As has been dsicussed in the past, Scrye appears to have a lot of correlation issues with the older sets. Look at the deltas in the Harbinger and Archfiend pricing. If they have actual stores selling those minis for those prices, I and many others would jump on them in a heartbeat. I really question how current and valid some of those numbers are.
I would LOVE to pick up a number of Umber Hulks for $12 each. I could quickly turn around and sell them for 2 to 3 times that amount. No need to list all the other price anomlies.
Nice little tracking spreadsheet that I am sure a number of users will be happy to use. | | Built the addition for this addiction, now on to the "gaming table" project.... http://www.maxminis.com/hw_list.asp?user=Zenako last updated 29 May 2006 Set Status: in a nutshell = all of all In Process trades 0), (Sig last updated 05/29/06) 300 plus Completed Trades -

| | As for insurance, lots of companies won't touch anything with a paper content as far as riders go. I know some people have looked into this and found some options for various collectibles, like comics, baseball cards, etc.

| | Well I found a store with Harbinger rares for Scrye prices. I have been meaning to grab some for the low price of $20 like the mindflayer and elf pyro. I think they also have a centaur for $20. Many of the other cheep ones have left like the $50 Drizzt. | | Sean Banks Champion of Elementals Official Organizer Gen Con 05 maxminis Event | Winterfantasy 06 maxminis Event | Gen Con 06 maxminis Event | Winterfantasy 07 Community Event | |
