| So I picked up a pair of WD boosters on the way home last night. One was a Chimera (brining my total to 2) and the other was an Ogre War Hulk, one of the rares I needed, leaving me with 7 left to complete the set.
So I was sitting there, staring at the empty Starter and boosters sitting beside me on the bookshelf, when I noticed something odd. There are 5 rare figures on the sides of the packs - Orc Wartroll, Warduke, Gulgar, Hill Giant Cheiftan, and Wemic Barbarian - and those are 5 of the just 7 figures I still need.
Am I just unlucky? Is there some sort of pattern here? Are WotC rubbing it in my face? Am I the butt of a cosmic joke? | | Champion of the Gelatinous Cube. Nemesis of Gnomes and Dinosaurs.

| If it happens with the next set, then you can start to really panic. Until then, we're not really spying on you, everything is fine.

BOTH! I have neither a Wardrummer or a Wartroll (though why I combined them into one baffles even me).
The worst part is, apart from teh Wemic and the Gulgar, all of the figures I am missing were at the top of my "most wanted" list.
In ragards to trading, I am in a holding pattern right now until I pick up another case of WD next week. I'll get back to you then, man.
Cheers. | | Champion of the Gelatinous Cube. Nemesis of Gnomes and Dinosaurs.

| | I'm only missing 6 minis, and 4 of them are among those you listed (although i have some wardrummers on the way from ebay). That said, obviously, it's a conspiracy. just because plenty of others have all of these figures doesn't mean that they don't exist or that they weren't made in drastically reduced quantities. | | Champion of Dracotaur- Vindicated!
