| | I don't know if you're going to get any wholesalers to tell you what they pay but 90 for a case you're doing better then me at 100. Most of the online places range somewhere in the 90s for current cases so I'd say you're doing well. | | You see! There ARE others out there just like me. What? Why are laughing? | |

| | From a store, that is a great price. Most stores sell cases for 70-100% of retail ($109 and up). | | Champion of Meepo _*_ Myztek on the Wizards Boards. _*_ (2206 DDM on 03/06/06) Please note: The use of the indicates an attempt at humor ... often a bad attempt. | Can I get it cheaper from online? Does anyone know of a place cheaper? I am not afraid of buying lots of cases to get a better price.

| | Depends on shipping and taxes. Too many variable to consider, but you can check the list of stores on the marketplace forum for some sellers. You can sometimes gets serious bargains on EBAY, assuming the seller does not stiff you, but you will pay more for shipping there. If I could get cases for $90 a pop locally that would be a no-brainer for me. Only reason to seek lower costs and the hassles involved is if you were planning on trying to resell the entire cases for more later. | | Built the addition for this addiction, now on to the "gaming table" project.... http://www.maxminis.com/hw_list.asp?user=Zenako last updated 29 May 2006 Set Status: in a nutshell = all of all In Process trades 0), (Sig last updated 05/29/06) 300 plus Completed Trades -

You might be able to. I would urge you to consider supporting your local store, especially considering the price your getting, even if you can get them a bit cheaper. I know I could save 10-20 dollars per case buying on-line, but I can't get over taking the business away from the business away my FLGS, I know how much he is struggling as it is. He has helped me a lot over the last 23 or so years, I'd feel like a heel if I didn't do my best to help him out. | | In the constellation of Cygnus, there lurks a mysterious, invisible force:

| | We got ours for $96.63 per case, shipping included, but we had to buy a minimum of 7 cases to get that price. We actually bought 10 cases but after the 7th, the price would drop no further. | | Champion of "Ember, Monk Champion"

Very doubtful or I'm sure you'd have all of us here lining up and telling you to get in line [:p] When you say 'buy lots of cases' I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Gameoutfitters list multi case prices and I don't think you'd find someone willing to go lower then that unless you feel like opening shop and trying to secure product as a retailer. | | You see! | | $90 for a case is even cheaper than Game outfitter($95) and that doesn't even included S&H. I don't think you'll find a better price online and its always nice to throw some business to your FLGS.

| Thats an outstanding price. Usually I think avg prices are 100 for an online case and about 120 for one from a FLGS. I wish I could buy cases for $90.
PS Where are you from? I'm sure people would make a trip to your store to buy cases at that price. Itd be nice to throw your FLGS that kind of buisness. | | Champion of the Tohr-Kreen. WotDQ Called Shot: Fang Dragon.

| | I get my cases for $108 at my FLGS and I'm really happy. Usually comes out to be $115 all together or so. At $90 I'd be very happy, go for it heh | | Champion of a Knight of Takhisis/Knight of Neraka | |

| | I can get mine for $115 from a FLGS(in another state, actually). $90 per case is a pretty good deal! Most ebay stores usually have 'em for *around* $100 with shipping included. | | Yeah, I really need to work on my H/W list one of these days... | I'll chime into the overwhelming reply of "Buy from your FLGS at that price!!!!!"
I picked up two cases online--one for $105 w/shipping; the other for $106 w/shipping. $90 and I don't have to wait? I would have jumped at that! | | Knight Warlord a.k.a. | Damn I hate the way Wizards controls the market sometimes. That price is BELOW our COST as a store up here in Canada, and we're not allowed to buy across the border in the United States.

I know its good following the rules and all with WotC's guidelines, but don't you think "John" could make a purchase all by himself with no store affiliation? Just a thought... | | You see! There ARE others out there just like me. What? Why are laughing?

| maybe the ahhh case ... ahhh... fell off something... you know...
Actually some of the EBAY sellers were managing to sell cases for only a little more with shipping factored in, so perhaps if you buy ENOUGH the wholesaler can cut a bit of a deal or something...

| The easiest way to figure out if something is a "good deal" is to do the following: MSRP x Quantity per Case = Theoretical Retail Price
Then compare it to the offered price of $90.
Or
$12.99 x 12 = $155.88
Consider this, with my last case of Underdark, I got a whopping 10% off retail. | | Champion of the Werewolf Lord, Knight of Anything Duergar, and Squire of Things Gnollish List reset with the start of previews for each new set...got Chainmail®?

| That is a great price for the Local store meaning he is not making much at all for you.
At least by the case from him. Beware ahopping around to much. I would love to be able to buy a case and walk away with tit to open for that price.

Great price! I got 35% off, I pay about $100 and after tax about $110 per case. $90 per case is a great plus no shipping so the pricing is even better. I agree with others on the board that say buy from your Local Gaming Store. Wholesale is %50 of standard booster price. I know say one who works at a game store.
