Here's a random encounter table for a 4th–level dungeon. All the creatures on the table are from the War Drums set. All the figures are commons or uncommons. If you don't have the miniatures listed here, substitute any similar figures that you do own. Use this table to generate the less important encounters in a dungeon or similar area, as a list of encounters with ELs at or near 4th level, or as a list from which to choose an encounter whenever you need one.

| I have an excel spreadsheet summarizing the random encounter lists that I have found on the wizards site. Email me if you want a copy, or perhaps someone wants to permanently host it somewhere.
It includes a list for:
Harbinger (level 2)
Dragoneye (level 3)
War Drums (level 3)
Archfiends (level 4)
Giants of Legend (level 5)
Angelfire (level 6)
Deathknell (level 7)
I've not found a level 1 table. Anyone want to develop one? | |
