| | This might sound crazy but I actually have 50+ Kruthik Hatchlings. I actaully needed them to represent a droid type minion in a long running campaign and I thought they fit the bill pretty well. Additionally, the cost to get them was minimal and the storage is as well. Other than that I pretty much cap out at about 10-15 on other commons/uncommons. | |

| I don't so much cap anything specificly, I just tend not to pick up boosters or lots after a while, because there's new shininess coming out. :) So my 2-4 rares tends to put my commons somewhere around 20-30.
That being said, I had 100 Crucian repaints in my posession at one point. I had 2, and 98 got sent to me when I joined the delegate program and started scheduling D&D Minis demos. I think I'm down around 50 or so by now, a year later. :)
I think Mon Calimari Mercinaries from SWM ended up around 40-50 when they sent me multiple demos worth of stuff. | |

| reading all these posts makes my 30 Wolf Skeletons seem small.
I run an RPG and it was cool to see the faces of the party when out of the fog these appeared... one by one.. by one.. by one... I think I had about 20 on the table at once time... was quite cool. | |

I've still got a small plastic tub of Bullywug Thugs my youngest son plays with and when I last bothered to count he was 200+. I picked some up as filler on trades, cleaned house on a few ebay sales and swapped a bunch with the local crew for other pieces I had that they wanted.
Outside of that the only others we own 50+ of each is some of the Warforged since my oldest son wanted to build an army. These are last count (I know we've added more since...);
Warforged Scout - 53
Warforged Bodyguard - 75
Warforged Captain - 62

1 of each unique character, regardless of rarity.

| For DDM, the most I have of one mini is 6 Howling Orcs. For SWM though I have loads of stormtroopers, snowtroopers, etc.

| The most I have of one mini are 25 dire rats. But now that WotDQ has new dire rats, I think I'll sell off half of my GOL versions. I don't need more than 25.
I have 15 of a few other minis but only because there is only 1 sculpt for that creature.
I use them for rpg'ing and haven't needed a ton of anything yet. | |
