| Origins events schedule for the DDM miniature line.
Prizes for events will include boosters, promos, Epic figure cards, and hand painted miniatures for the PREMIER event. Events are scheduled for all four days including league play.
Event entry is paid in generic tickets. You can pre register for events by contacting our support email address or by emailing me directly. Event sign up will be offered onsite to preregistered players first and then to waiting list players.
How to sign up for events:
- Determine what events you want to join
- email your event schedule to originsminisevents@hotmail.com
- You will recieve a confirmation email saying you have been registered for the selected events.
- At Origins buy the required entry fee costs in generic event tickets. If you can't get the exact cost the extra change will be refunded at the tournament site.
- Players who register this way will be signed up for the events before people registering at the tournament site.
- Show up at the event 5-10 minutes prior. 10 minutes after the posted start time, the event will be opened to all players.
Event Schedule:
Thursday
1 PM 200 pt constructed assault $15.00
5 PM Wardrums + Underdark sealed $30.00
League play from noon till 8 pm
Friday
10 am War of the Dragon Queen Prerelease event* $40.00
2 pm 200 point 2 vrs 2 team constructed event $20.00 per team
5 pm 200 pt constructed assault $15.00
League play noon till 8 pm
Saturday
10 am 200 pt premier constructed event* $20.00
4 pm 2 vrs 2 team sealed event $40 per team
6 pm 200 pt reverse constructed $15.00
League play noon till 8 pm
Sunday
10 am 500 pt Epic Constructed $15.00
League play noon till 5 pm
Open play events: Don’t like the scheduled event? Make your own! Through out the weekend players will be able to schedule their own tournaments for DDM, SWM and Axis and allies! Just go to the judging station and inform them of your desired event. They will provide a sign up sheet. Collect 8 or more players and your event will be supported with a judge and prizes! Entry fee for open events is based on format. 10$ for constructed, 25$ for sealed formats. The more players, the more prizes!
Individual event descriptions:
League play
Each player will receive a booster of Underdark and a booster of wardrums to build a 200 pt limited warband from. They then can play other league players winning figures for each game they play! The best player record at the end of the day wins booster prizes. Figures won can be added to the player’s pool of figures to use in league.
Cost: $30 per player
2 vrs 2 team constructed events
In 2 vrs 2 team events, players must build bands that complement each others play. The format is 200 point constructed with the following additional warband constructing rules applied:
• Unique figures are considered unique across both team members bands. Only one of any unique figure is allowed between both bands
• Both warbands must be from the same faction
• Each warband may not contain any figure that is in his teammate’s band. If one player plays a type of figure, the other player may not use them.
All games use Assault format rules will be played on maps with both players setting up on a single side. Games will be 90 minutes in length. In cases where both players figures will not fit in the starting areas, the standard overhang rules will be used.

Oh, and do we know what the Peter Lee repaints are for the premiere event are yet? [:)] (wasn't sure if he was keeping them a secret or not...)

| Hopefully its just the standard sealed event and league I'm expecting a call from Ian Richards tonight to confirm what is coming.
Those two events take up 1/3rd to 1/2 of the product alotted. If Saturday and Sunday I have extra product left I can open things up a bit. I just would hate to run out. | |
