Definitely one that should have been uncommon and remained uncommon. Stat-wise, it's very "uncommon" in appearance. Even the BW isn't enough to make it a rare ability. Sure, you can pick the energy type, but it's still not very powerful -- especially in a still Couatl-heavy meta.

Maybe it will become a bit more popular if dragons really do take off and start showing up in more games.
