As far as trading goes - I use the Price Guide as a General reference. If you wish to stick to it to make a 'fair' trade that is fine by me, but there are some minis I value a little higher (or lower) then the esteemable Zenako. I am more than willing to trade rares for uncommons and commons that I want.
