I have emailed you and am still waiting a reply. I have asked for shipping conformation and when you sent it. Your last reply a week ago was it will be there soon, but you failed to answer my questions.
I also understand things happen. I need you to contact me so I know what is going on. As I stated I have emailed you again.
Please do not make me take this to the next step. It seems some others here are also waiting on their end. I am not trying to insult you or question your integerty, but I am becoming worried, I sent quite a few minis to you.
I found your spot on Xanga and it sounds like you may be going through a bad time. I am sorry for that but you have obligations to honor. If you can not then send my minis back and provide a deliver conformation and we will let the matter rest.

| Yes that is my Xanga...I'm not sure how you found it...or why you bothered to. (I hope you don't use that as a means to harrass me, if so I'll just turn on friends only posting.) All of you minis have been sent, none with DC...it's a little hard to afford that when you're sending out massive amounts of minis. (I know I promised some of you I would, but I basically arrived at the post office with a box full of minis and mailed everything at once.)
If your minis haven't arrived, I'm unsure of what to say. I don't really have much to remiburse with and I can't see myself digging deep into an already empty pocket to send back your minis while I sit here taking all of the burden of loss. (I have to wonder how many of you haven't actually recieved, rather than see a great opportunity to jump on the bandwagon and snag some more minis) Primarch, I'm unsure what taking it to the "next step" means...but it sounds like a threat. It would be extremely unwise to threaten me over some pieces of plastic, it's stupid and basically uncalled for. If you mean filing for mail fraud, go ahead. I have nothing to be afraid of except my innocence.
Those of you accusing me of being a ripper, that's fine. Jump on the bandwagon. I'm not sure if it occurs to any of you, but not everyone is able to check this website and/or their email accounts every day.
With that, I bid you farewell...I don't feel welcome at this website anymore, I will try to continue posting in this forum until we can come to a resolution, but please don't jump to conclusions. As far as I'm concerned, my dealings with this site will be done once I mail out the last package I need to, Kith's, upon recieving his minis.

| I can understand where you are coming from, however I can't help but be a little incredulous about your claims of not accessing email or the website, especially when people voiced concern on your thread and then you ignored them and responded to others who you were initiating in trades and you bumped the thread through editing almost every day. If you had actually responded to the people who were contacting you, you would probably not getting the suspicion you are now.

But to little or no avail, it seems to be a problem on the USPS's side. I can whole heartedly say I will never ship without DC again, Because those codes would be very useful to prove my innocence right now.

I've answered the question "What is the status of our trade?" or something to the jist of it 3-4 times already. EVERYONES MINIS HAVE BEEN SENT except Kithmakers. There seems to be a problem on the USPS's side. I'm unsure of what to do, I'm trying to figure it out.

1) We agreed to a trade...small compared to some of these others. You did not send and I wisely waited for your end because of your few references. I also haven't seen anything in the mail and in our email every response you sent involved asking me if I sent....suspicious.
2) I have shipped 177 packages with the USPS now (95% without DC) and have only ever had ONE that got smashed wherein I had to replace a card. I have NEVER had one lost and even if it did happen it wouldn't be multiple packages in a one week period. Guaranteed.
3) I will personally send you the CASH or an equivalent amount of SWM or DDM to reimburse you if you just send back their packages...you know which ones you haven't sent.
If -Lance- agrees to the last bit I will personally email you all and upon your return of your original trade I will then reimburse Lance for his shipping costs....USPS first class mail..I know the rates and weights or will get the weights from each trader seperately.
Good Day to all and I hope this situation comes to a satisfactory end for everyone.

Good job making me look like a dick, then admitting to never sending out your half of the trade. (hypocritical of a guy accusing me of being a scammer?) I hope it arrives and you feel like an asshole for what you just posted. It's obvious I can do nothing further here. I've tried to remain calm, I've tried to keep posting here and I've tried to resolve the issue, all I get in return is people accusing me at every turn. As I said before, I sent everyones minis, at this point the only obligation I have is to send Kithmakers minis upon recieval of his package which I have every intention of doing just like I did everyone elses. Goodbye, I won't be coming back.

I hope that's not true, as there's many trades that are unfinished at the moment. If you really have done everything right, you should have more comprehension for people's attitude as you have initially caused it by not communicating, not sending at the same time they do and not telling that you are not sending right away.
I'd still like to hear some dates of sending so I knew a little about when to wait for the packet. I've done some 65 online trades and ordered stuff from stores 5 times, and no packet to either direction has ever lost, so I trust post offices generally are quite reliable. If something bigger happens to a shipment of mail, I believe post office is required to inform from such if asked.
Gaddszooks, while waiting to receive the other's end might seem sometimes wise, I generally discourage that kind of method. If you really have done that many trades here (the link to your references is not up-to-date after site cleanup), you have every right to ask other with only a few references to send first. If two people wait for other's packet to arrive before sending, they might both end up accusing other from scamming. | |

| Everyday this situation becomes more and more demoralizing for me, I said I wouldn't post again, but feel forced to after the flurry of comments I've seen. Most of you here have stated something to the effect of "I would be happy if you'd just send me back my minis"
What you don't understand is, I've already sent a good portion of my collection (70-80%) to trade for what I recieved, were I to do this...I would have almost nothing. It's ridiculous expecting me to shoulder 100% of the burden of loss.
I talked to a good friend of mine who plays and he made the following suggestion after an hour or so of heated conversation over what is or isn't fair. He said, "What if you just take the rare minis you aren't using that you recieved in trades (quite a few) + others and send them in one box to one highly trust worthy member of the forum, preferrably someone not involved in the trades and let them split them up from there?" He even offered to give back all of the minis I gave him for his b-day so I could make this right. Obviously I would ship insured and DC on this as to prevent ANY mix up at all.
I wasn't sure if something like this would seem appeasing to any of you, but it seem fair to me and it's the best I can do. It includes a large amount of DK, seeing as I got a case not too long ago and need to get rid of extras anyway. Here's a list of what I could send:

All of you minis have been sent, none with DC...it's a little hard to afford that when you're sending out massive amounts of minis. (I know I promised some of you I would, but I basically arrived at the post office with a box full of minis and mailed everything at once.

I have no stake in this matter. I don't trade minis unless it's in person. But in reading this thread, your threat of legal action and the basis thereof piqued my interest. In looknig back over your prior statements, I can't help but be skeptical on the basis of how the stories dno't seem to hold together well.
My daughter had a problem with lying. She's 10 and I think it's a normal thing for kids to go through. In fact, I think it's a problem they'll visit and revisit over the course of their lives. I'll say now what I said to her then- There comes a point where the best course of action is simply to fess up and vow to make things better. People are much more understanding when you come clean and make an effort to make things right. Offers have been made to that effect already, and very generous offers at that. I'm not saying this applies to you; You may honestly have brought your big box of minis, then boxed them at the post office, then had your mother slap the right amount of stamps on them, then had the postal worker say nothing but thanks... Oh, nevermind, then had the postal worker say you put on too many (even though your mother knows better). That may all somehow be true. But if it's not, I'd own up to it now and take one of the graceful exits proposed by some of the other posters.
