I didn't know how else to get a hold of you, I emailed you a few times, and I have not recieved any replies. On April 8, I sent out a package containing:
1x Ogre Ravager

1x Purple Dragon Knight
1x Warforged Fighter

I was supposed to recieve a Beholder, Rask, and 2 Grim Necromancers. My end was delivered on April 12. I still have not heard from you regarding when your end was sent, or a DC#. Please email me as soon as you can with a heads up.

| I haven't even gotten paid yet, I'm still at school at the moment and won't have that paycheck in hand until I go to work tonight. Sometime after work I need to go into Wal-Mart and buy some of their 6x6 cardboard boxes so I can package some minis. Then hopefully on Tuesday I can drop it in the mail after school. That is IF I can find somewhere that will cash my check sometime after 9 p.m. on a Monday night...if not it might be Wed.

| I have not heard from Lance in weeks not has he posted for a while. I was
around on maxminis.com from the beginning of Harbinger and I've only had one
bad trade since Lance came along. Obviously he is some high school kid that
tried to overtrade, by that I mean trade alot of stuff that he didn't have,
and then not being able to get all the stuff to fulfill the orders, and then
blaming it on the mail system, that's my take.
I know my figures (Frenzied Berserker, Cleric of Grummsh, and the Probe
Droid) all arrived as I have Delivery Confirmation saying they arrived at
his house in MO, here's the number for the case we can build against him
(thanks for taking up this call to right this injustice! and to help keep
maxminis "pure".)

The last email I got from him said that he would make me a deal (The
original trade was for a Luke Jedi and a Gold Dragon from DK) he said that
he would instead (a month after mine arrived!) send me back my Probe Droid
and also the Luke Jedi, it's been almost two weeks since that promise, and
still nothing has shown up at my door! This kid has to learn his lesson the
hard way I suppose.

I've been waiting literally months for a resolution to this issue, and still nothing has come of it. Now Lance has disappeared without posting confirmation numbers.
Anyone who has sent minis to Lance and not gotten his side of the trade, please email me so I can include you in the information I'm forwarding to the police.

| Well, I am getting into this late. I have been terribly busy with school and work. However, now that it is summer, I have some time to devote to this.
I won't bore you with my story since it is eerily similar to all of yours. Sent but not received, promised reimbursement, nothing arrived, communication ceased.
I saw a number of the minis that I sent to –Lance- on his list of reimbursement minis and for the first time I got really angry. These may be just bits of plastic but there is a significant dollar amount associated with them. I would be very upset at –Lance- using my sent minis as reimbursement.
I also resent his insinuation that some people are getting into this to take advantage of him and with no real claim. This is a very tight community and such wild accusations are insulting.
Personally, I don’t want 'compensation', I want what he promised, or my own minis back. I have sent close to a dozen emails to Lance, after nebulous promises of 'making things right' and 'awaiting my paycheck' I too have had enough.
Finally, I find the assertion that the post office lost dozens of packages to be absurd. I have been involved in dozens of eBay and maxminis transactions and have never had a package lost by the USPS. That doesn’t mean it can’t happen, but the odds of this many must be infinitesimally low.
I have made contact with the 20 or so others who have been ripped off, hopefully we can accomplish something.
I should add as others have that if I receive my minis or what I was promised I am willing to drop the whole thing. Not that I feel that he should get away with this, but I have no desire to invest inappropriate amounts of time, anger, and energy in a fruitless pursuit.
