| Villiam is compiling information to send to his parents. I think we should go to the police as well.
Bottom line is that Lance is a criminal. It may seem like a little bit here and a little bit there, but in the aggregate, this scumbag has stolen thousands of dollars of merchandise and used the internet to commit fraud. He's committed a crime, and should not be allowed to get away with it.
I was planning on going to the police before Lance promised to make good on his trades. Since he has gone into hiding again, I intend to continue my plan to take this to the authorities.
This is not a case of a well-meaning individual who's been wronged by the postal system (as he claims.) He has proven himself a thief and I intend to see him punished for it.

| I went ahead and reported -Lance to post office's mail fraud site and FBI's Internet Crime center.
Mail Fraud site seems more geared to businesses and they say they won't help you get restitution. Seems farily worthless.
The FBI site actually gives you a complaint number and seems more promising. Here's the link for it:

I would encourage anyone who didn't get their trades to report him. Maybe if they get enough complaints they will do soemthing. | |

| First, let me apologize for my almost inexcusable lack of communication with those I have had dealings with.
Second, for quite some time I've been avoiding maxminis because I had next to nothing to reimburse with and I haven't gotten any hours at work for almost a month now so I'm broke as well. And it doesn't seem as though I'll be getting any hours in the near future they way things are turning out. After I sent out the first round of reimbursement packages to the following users:

Here's the situation, I recently agreed to a large (read: MASSIVE) trade with a local friend of mine, essentially he wanted to get out of the mini hobby and offered to trade me all his stuff, save a few pieces for my Unlimited Mox Ruby and a few other Magic: the Gathering rares. (If you are unfamiliar with Magic, Mox Ruby goes for several hundred dollars on eBay quite frequently.)
Therefore I now have the miniatures to send out. As well as a large amount of other minis. Essentially an email with the following information would be very helpful if I haven't either A) Already resolved our trade or B) Listed your info above. I'll need your username, real name, address and the minis that were involved in our trade.
Please give me ample time to reply though, basically I want to work this out and put it behind me now that I actually have the ability to do so. At the moment the only hinderance is the info I need and some cash so that I can actually afford to ship them.
I've also noticed several of you have plans to file mail fraud, or take some other sort of legal action against me. The only way I will be sending your minis out is if these actions/plans are dropped immediatley. I'm 17 years old, soon to be a Senior in highschool. I don't need the police and/or postal service after me for their mistake.

I understand being 17 with no money, but you need to ask your parents for help, because if they dont know about this situation, they should. Maybe you could work off the money if they lend it to you or something.
I have emailed and got responses from 14 of the 17 people that have not recieved their minis. The grand total replacement cost comes to $945.25! The other 3 users would surely push that over $1000. I feel bad for the people you took for $100+.

Villiam, I'm not asking my parents for help. I can fix this on my own. It's nice that you've gotten in touch with 14 users who've have had trading issues with me. But also consider the fact that I have come through for 11 users already and have plans to come through for 12 more. (That leaves around 5 indivduals including you whom with I need to work out a reimbursement deal with, so I'm sure that cash amount is SIGNIFIGANTLY lower.) The list of people with issues with me has gotten signifigantly smaller than it was to begin with and will continue to get smaller as I get cash together and send more. Also in order for me to reimburse you, I'll need your address and what the trade was emailed to me. As far as "taking" people for their minis. Don't get me started, because I didn't as is obvious when I'm taking strides to reimburse people.

Yeah, I shouldn't have dissapeared but I had no cash left and literally no minis to reimburse everyone after reimbursing the first 11 and ran out of options. The best I can do is stay in touch, keep you informed and keep the reimbursement minis on hand and in reserve. That would mean people would have to foot the bill, or perhaps I could throw in a few minis to make it worth the individuals while to rebox and reship all of the minis to their designated destination. Actually it's around 12 outstanding, 3 being international trades. So it's a lot more than $7.50, plus I got a ton of emails with reminders and what not so it will be even more when I get done filing through those and adding them to the list. Trust me, if it was only $7-8 to ship all of this stuff...it would have been done already.

| Do you have an update as to what the deal is with my minis? I have send you numorous e-mails and have posted here several times and have gotten no response from you. I feel that I have been very patient but if you refuse to tell me what is going on I will have to report this to the authories. I am sorry it is coming to this but my patience is wearing thin. I know you received the minis I sent you as the delivery confirmation shows that they arived qutie some time ago. If I do not hear from you by Tuesday, 6/21/05 I will take further action. I expect to hear back from you by then with an explanation as to why you have ignored my communications and when you will be sending me back my minis.

I vote for this kind of action to be taken. If we get several (if not all) of us in this, you get many if not all of the problematic trades out of your hands.
brazenwood has already agreed to this. -Lance-, if you post here the list of minis you are sending when we've gathered enough people, send the packet with receiving confirmation, and he'll print it and checks the packet through with a witness or two, we should have no chance of extra complications here whatever happens. I and anyone else should be willing to give little compensation for him, and as you promised, you would add some extra for compensation for him too. And, like I've mentioned in my mail to the other traders, I can accept surface mail as delivery method from Brazenwood, like everyone else should do if required.
For me, like other international traders I guess, this is actually worth it anyway; If Brazenwood can arrange some small trading from his own tradeable minis or from the minis we are supposed to get back, trading a VR for a rare would be worth it, as sending a well packed mini from here is well worth a rare. Brazenwood, if this starts to work out, I guess it's allright to post you a want-list after checking your have-list and other involved people's receiving -list?
Now, everybody willing to get into this, sound off here, with the minis you are supposed to get, and list minis you are supposed to get. This is the chance for everyone to get throught with this, so get in and let us hear from it right away!
