| I also hope the list grows shorter with time. I suspect in many cases it will. Like I said, this isn't necessarily a bad trader list.
In all though, this is a very short list considering there have been over 12,000 maxminis trades! | |

Well in making the disputed trades list, I didn't really want to make my self the arbitrator as to what is and what isn't a disputed trade.
Basically I'll post anything that someone wants to dispute in the "problem disputed trades thread". That way I'm doing by best to avoid
bias for or against any particular trader.
As to what constitutes a disputed trade, I'll offer you my opinion, but this is just my opinion.
Here are some things to consider:
1.) How long has it been since you agreed to a trade? For trades within the US, it shouldn't take longer than 2 to 3 weeks from the time
minis were sent to reach your doorstep. In my experience trades almost always arrive within 7-10 days of when they were sent.
International trades can take longer. I've had them range anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks from the date sent to arrive. If things are
getting beyond that time frame, then I would consider calling the trade disputed.
2.) How is the communication with the other trader? If you're receiving regular emails and he/she is trying to work with you to get
a trade resolved then I wouldn't post anything as disputed. If the person has disappeared and isn't responding to multiple emails over several
days then I would be worried and consider reporting it.
3.) Are there signs that other people are having similar problems with this person? If so, I'd probably report it sooner than later.

Darkfather has asked about this as well. In general, I'm inclined to leave trades up there that are very old and never resolved. I realize that BigME hasn't been back in a long time and probably never will be. There is always that chance of him returning, hoping that the statute of limitations has expired and that he can try to scam again. Thayil has certainly tried this.
However, I'll gladly delete any of the complaints if the 'plantiff' asks me to. | |

| | Seems like your heading is unclear. For example Lance is not have a problem with all those traders, they are having a problem with him. Same goes for Chaotic Good. I would hate for someone to look on this list, see one of the people on the list. And misinterprit who is having a problem with who. | |

It was my first trade on maxminis. I agreed to send first because of this. I didn't know about DC and didn't use it. He reports that he has never received package, and he also has never sent me anything. He has communicated with me about it on several occassions. | Morning,
I would like to add to the list of problem trades with Chaotic Good.
My timeline...
4/9: he made an offer from my trade post that I accepted.
4/11: I ship with DC and email the shipment information.
4/15: Delivery is confirmed via USPS.
4/16: email to CG asking him to confirm delivery
4/19: email to CG asking him to again confirm delivery and provide shipping info from his end.
4/22: A third email to CG regarding trade.
There has been no reponse since I shipped.
Given his current list of problem trades, a lack of response on the boards, I believe I need to be added to the list.
I genuinely hope that this job has him that busy.
I am currenting seeking to find alternate contact methods for him.

please remove my name from the list from Chaotic Good's problem trades. I assume I was put there as a result of my recent post to his personal trading thread? This was just an attempt to communicate with him, as other means are not working, not to complain.
At this stage, I do not consider this trade to be in "trouble" or CG to be a "problem trader". I am going to give it/him one more week-- a month after we agreed to the trade-- to communicate with me if he has shipped my parcel or when he will ship it. At this point if there is still silence, I'll request my name to be added.

Please add me to the CG-problem traders. I have an unresolved trade with CG since December. As it is also difficult communicating with him at the moment, I guess you could say it is a problem trade. I have not complained about it until now, because I'm confident CG will fix things eventually. Still, I would regret it if my (problem)trade would be forgotten between all the other bitching&whinig.

| Lab Monkey, please stick my name on the list of traders having issues with a Chaotic Good trade. I hate to do this, as I have had many successful trades with CG in the past. Indeed, I am listed as one of his favorite traders. However a month has gone by and I have not received what he agreed to send me or any communication as to why there has been a delay.
I am sure CG will come thru one way or an other-- his past actions support this. However, there does seem to be a pattern here where his trades are plagued with with similar themes: lost packages, stolen packages, lost email, no communication etc. and then cleans them up. Sadly, I would have rather not had the trade in the first place if it was going to take an extra ordinary time to get my end of the trade.
CG has a lot of outstanding trades with issues right now, more than 24. As a pillar of this community, I do hope he rectifies all these situations.
