| Well my friends after about 40+ trades I’ve finally been ripped off.
And this it was my first trade through MAXMINIS.
I guess it was eventually going to happen
He goes by JESTERGYPSY. I’ve also heard he has other alias' with JESTER in it.

I have not received my mini in over a month now, and I get no return contact from my e-mails or messages.
I understand how easy it is to fake an name and sign up for a yahoo or hotmail e-mail address so, I will no longer be trading with anyone in Illinois, until I get my figure back or we figure out who this is.
I apologize to all those that do live in Illinois who are good trades.
My next step is to find a phone number for this address, and call there.

| Tysac and I were involved in a rather large trade about six weeks ago. He claimed to have sent his portion, which never arrived. I sent him an email just over a week ago that he has not responded to. I was hoping not to see any other problems with him when I came to this thread- ah, well....
UPDATE: Tysac pulled through- he contacted me a couple days after I posted this and Friday I received his package. He gave what I consider a good reason for the delay, so I still consider him a good trader. | |

I do not know why you're calling me a thief. Also, this list above is just a list of trades in dispute. Unless you have multiple trades in dispute I don't think you need to worry about being labeled a bad trader.

Well, after 140+ trades it was bound to happen[:(]. I really hate to post this, but under the circumstances I feel I must. litorian and myself had initiated a trade back on Aug 2. One argeement on this trade was that it had to be complete before the last week of this month, due to me going in the hospital for surgury, which gave him 3 weeks to send. I normally would give him more time before posting this, but with the lack of e-mail communication I feel I must. The last e-mail I recieved from him was on the Sunday the 14th. which stated that he would ship the next day due to not having the minis to fill our trade so he had to buy more boosters. Personally, I feel the trade should have never been made if he didn't have the minis, which I didn't know at the time.
I'm still keeping hope that he will come through with the trade, but until he does, I can't in good conscience recommend anyone to trade with him.
It truely is a sad, sad day.[:(] | |

| I have an unresolved trade with Kaya Kenobi.
We agreed to a same day post on 4 August. I sent mine (LCD, Mounted Paladin, Ogre Mage, Hezrou, Barbed Devil, Blackscale Lizard and a magmin) but no joy from Kaya.
When we exchanged emails the following week he said he had forgotten to send his end. I guess it can happen. He said he'd post them first chance he got, but just dropped out of sight. He hasn't been online the last 10 days, so I'm not getting a response to my emails.
I believe he isn't enjoying the best of health, so I'm not going to call foul, but thought it best to have this on record.
If anyone has any info they can share with me as to Kaya's situation I would appreciate it. | |

I do too. I'm keeping hope that there's some unforseen event that has stopped him from sending, but if I hear no word from him soon or no package in the mail from him, I will be having my friend file a report for me with the USPIS.
He's the Local PM, so I'm hoping he can push it with the investigation and help with filing the federal mail fraud charges.

Yes, the delivery was very late, and no, he never replied to my emails, but at long last he has made good on our trade. Let the record show that I do not consider him a bad trader, just a slow and unresponsive one. [:)] | |

I never received any minis from you. You claim that you sent them, and I'dlike to believe that, as I've had the postal service lose packages for me as well. You also mention that I never sent you any emails stating that they were missing, which is not the case. I sent many emails, both before and after you agreed to send the package.
I don't know if you sent the package. I don't know if you received any emails. I DO know that I didn't receive any minis or emails. I DO know that i sent my minis to you a full month before you even claimed to have sent back to me (i'm referencing your sudden business trip). Hence, I see no reason to have your name removed from the "Bad Traders" list until this situation is rectified. By current standards, the minis i sent you represent over $100 of investment, and i have nothing to show for it except this message that has apparently been 6 months in the making.

| Alright...some news on the C/G case...
I will find out by next monday if I can place a federal mail fraud charge to CG. There might be complications because i currently have a Canadian address, so there might be some 'mis-haps' for me to fit under the american law.
I am currently in Detroit Michigan, and will be returning home soon to collect whatever info I can for you all.

I think that is a pretty safe assumption. I sort of felt that way from the begining with the Kong stuff but it didn't stop me from making 3 trades with him I feel very lucky that I got all of my trades from him. | |

Already done. His title was changed from "Man of Mass Minis" to "Bad Trader", his post count was reduced from over 5000 to 0 and his account was permanently disabled/locked. That should about do it. | |

I think a lot of us are very disappointed and angry with Cha0tic G0od. He ripped off more than many of the worst scammers combined.

| I have had a pending trade with Satsujin Kingyo since August 2nd. He offered to send his minis first, but as to date I have yet to receive them. I have attempted to email him multiple times (4 or so) asking him what the status of our trade was with no reply. I also posted a request on the general forum for him to reply to me ragarding our trade status. To date still no response in the that forum. I also posted in his reference thread in an attempt to reach him, but nothing there as well. Although I haven't lost any minis considering he was sending first I think it is important to note that this trade has gone without completion or resolution as of this date. I will post any follow-up to the situation as it happens.
