| I'm reporting a negative trade experience with brothernoah, he and I agreed to a trade his stone giant, divine crusader, and green dragon for my Sword Archon, Orog, and Champion of Eilistraee on the 31th of July. I prepared to ship my minis to him but due to personal reasons hadn't had an opportunity to mail them yet. Then, over a week later, not having have gotten his minis yet either I emailed brothernoah only to find that he traded the minis he promised to me to someone else. I wonder if he would have returned my minis had he gotten them or if he intended to keep them and rip me off. I am glad I did not give him the opportunity. TRADERS BEWARE. I would consider Brothernoah to be a suspect trader if for no other reason than questionable trading practices.

| | Dude there was no need for this.... First off we were talking about a trade. The deal was ok but as trading goes another offer came in I weighed my options and went with the better deal. As for you not sending your mini's to me well, you couldnt have because I never sent you my address. So that means the trade was never final we were just talking. I did look back on my email and noticed I said I could send quickly and that I use DC but I never finalized the trade with the minis in question and my address. You also never wrote me and asked for my address so I figured you had moved on, and I really didnt think about it. I think its quite rude and uncool to post this negative feedback on a trade that was never final. | |

That sounded to me like you were agreeing to the trade. So much so that I held the minis for you and turned down 4 other trade offers. I'm sorry if you are upset for getting negative feedback but given the facts I feel my feedback is justified.

You kind of jumped the gun on this and wrecked my status with your harsh words. Im wondering why you thought it would be ok for me to send my mini's to you and you didnt even notice you had no address from me. | Yes, I replied to that email and confirmed that trade and gave you MY address. At that point I heard nothing else from you so I assumed you were shipping the minis and the deal was a go. If you didn't want the trade you should have said so then, not leave me hanging for a week while I am forced to turn down other trades, THAT is rude.

| | Well I dont know how many trades you have done but it always seemed to me that before we assume trades are final there is always a final email saying me and you...we never had that. I never confirmed, I never sent you my address. The trade was never final so the trade was never complete. Granted i should have told you the deal was off and for that I have apologized. You just had no right to trash talk on my reff thread. For someone with no refferences and being so quick to harm someone elses reputation speaks volumes about your charecter. Im over it post what you want...I got good trades under my belt. | |

If you bother to check the Trade Datalist (which is in serious need of updating) you will notice I have had over 30 successful documented trades. Several of those I did not get return addresses until I received minis especially with newer members such as yourself. You gave me every indication that you had agreed to our trade, after 36 other documented trades (and probably 15+ undocumented ones) you are the first trader I have had a problem with. Where are you on that list? Oh that's right you haven't been a member long enough to BE on that list. So don't lecture me on references and character. The simple truth of it is you were involved in a trade with me, found a better deal, left me hanging with not even the decency to inform me you were cancelling the trade, then get angry when you have to face the consequences of your actions. If you ask me, that "speaks volumes" about YOUR character. | |
