| jotoge_games are now "not a registered user" so that is not good.
I started my dispute on 3-13-07 and did not hear from them so I escalated it to a claim on 3-29-07 and they still have not responded to me or paypal. paypal says "We will make every effort to resolve this claim within 30 days although we may require additional time to complete our investigation" so we will see. I will definitely post the outcome. | |

Damn. I opened my dispute on 3rd April and escalated it to a claim on 5th April. It was a bastard they were NARU'd. I'd spent a good hour coming up with a list of creative, negative feedback articles but when I went to post them... eBay had already swept it under the rug. Feel free to apply these as and to whom you deem fit:
This seller is a chaotic purveyor of broken promises… and shattered dreams!
This was a horrible transaction. I cannot believe the smell.
The sanctity of this transaction was fouled from the very beginning!
Disgusting, I have never been so terrified. Unscrupulous sneak thievery!
A transaction I’d sooner forget with an awful, satanic seller. I am scared
No further business with this user. A repugnant experience, no items arrived!
I’d sooner sleep with a junkie before dealing with this seller again.
Bad transaction, I’d rather a pulpotomy performed with a nail.
I feel sick: Unheralded and shameless thievery. A heartless criminal!
No items arrived. This seller has little respect for people and less for life.
7 weeks, no items from a foul-mouthed seller unwilling to co-operate.

because to be honest with you, this is the first problem that I have had with this seller. even when they were selling under previous user id's on ebay. but it only takes one time for a seller sticking it to me and I will not buy from them again.
I really think that ebay needs to have an ignore list for the buyers. after all they are making money from us as well. | |

| I bought from him once and it was a flawless transaction. However, after hearing about the problems that others have had with him, I decided never to deal with him again for fear of exactly what happened to you realmaster. I figured it was only a matter of time before I ran into problems with him just like others had.
So, for me anyway, even if I don't have a problem with a seller I still listen to what is going on among my peers. It's the history of problems that the seller has that worries me and stops me from buying.
I'm not trying to tell anyone who they should or should not deal with. That's a matter of individual choice. However, this seller has well documented problems mentioned on Maxminis. Not a one time goof, but many, many issues. Some people choose to ignore such warnings because they themselves have never had a problem with a seller and that is their right. I don't have a problem with that. I, however, choose to heed such warnings. | |

| I had a problem with him too. Wait 10 weeks before opening the threat with paypal.. In the meanwhile I sent 4 email to that bastard and got no answer. After 2 weeks of the opening threats I escalated it into a claim. Paypal refund me about 4 weeks after in whole even if they wrote that a partial refund was allow.

Those citing the pattern of behavior are pretty much spot on. I have dealt with the seller a number of times and in the aggregate have gotten a good value on my bucks. I too felt the sting of "missing or infinitely delayed items" but usually avoided any sizeable order once they had been in operation for a while. My take was that the seller kept getting over their head in offerings and once they fell behind would say screw it. I base this on some purchases and the notes and scribbles on their sheets, which seem to indicate that they had x-1 or x-2 of a promised mini, and then got some from newer cases to fill old orders. But that meant their expected minis on average from the new cases that they had sold would not be there for the next buyer. Kinda like a pyramid scheme for selling future minis.

| Looks like I got out just in time. I had a few dealings with this seller and was quite happy with their service until a single "blip". I had won an auction for 2 rare Star Wars figs, mostly by accident but at a decent price. I didn't have anything else to add in, so asked if I could hold off paying until I could win some extra figures to offset the shipping. No issues from the seller, and a couple weeks later I had amassed enough wins to make it all work. That is when things got screwy. The initial auction for the two rares "disappeared" from eBay. Gone. Invalid auction. When I asked the seller about it, no response.
Fine, I paid up and waited for the figures. They arrived in good shape and reasonably quickly, but I haven't purchased from jotoge since. Just a bad vibe more than anything else...
