Also remember I can only prevent successive games between warlords.... there's no garuntee you won't be playing the same player a few times in a row, but your warlord should not play the same warlord twice within 3 weeks (that is, untill I start getting paid for this [)]) | |

Hmm, that's a little late. I'd prefer more like 7 or 8 central. The other option is we start around 9 or 9:30 and finish on another day. I can't really stay up till midnight or 1 am when I have to get up at 7 the next day. [:)]

yes this is a new trade. last week he sent armor +1 of hide and potion of fireballs for my boots of fire resist. this week I am sending back his potion and the +1 weapon of rending for my boots back. thus netting me the +1 armor of hide and Bertha the +1 weapon of rending | |

well I was going to joke about "well okay how much will it cost not to have to play _____________ again?" and then I couldn't decide on anyone at the top of the list, I don't want to play any of them! Okay.. how much do you want to let Bertha play a 0 level guy?? I mean.. think of all the support they'd have.. they'd probably still win anyways.. sheesh.. Maybe I should just give up:).

Bertha makes her save and doesn't receive the message, but when the potion and weapon arrive, she realizes what's going on and gives the courier the Boots of Major Fire Resistance to return to their owner.
Final Trade:

To clarify: last week AD traded me his Boots for two of my mediums (potion half used fireballs and armor of hide), THIS WEEK he sent back the potion and also a weapon of rending and I sent BACK the boots.

Aesoph I'll probably have to go with Friday night then. I teach on Thursday nights and as Lynyrd Skynyrd sang "Tuesday's Gone." I don't remember your time zone, but 8PM Eastern is usually good for me, so hopefully I won't be up too late.

Given that ALL spells are swift actions, you can't cast one spell normally and then another as a swift action, enabling you to still only cast one spell a round?
And scrolls count as spells, so no using a scroll and then quickcasting one of your normal spells?

Wow I guess I never read it that way but yeah your right. ALL spells are... so that means all it does is allow casters to double move. Crap I was looking forward to quick buffs with Jareth. So this doesnt over power spellcasters it actually hampers some a bit (those with quickcast feats).
So I could... use a shield of blasting [] and then quickcast a spell, but not any other form... | |
