First problem is that Rask is CG, not dual faction. Even if he was, that only works in a limited format tournament (draft or sealed). In constructed, the first thing you do when building your warband is to choose your faction. All creatures in your warband are treated as belonging to only that faction. Rask gets one bonus or the other, depending on whether you have a CG or CE warband. (Rask can be in CE by way of the Cleric of Gruumsh or Orc Sergeant.)

Oops, I just pulled out my Rask card and noticed he's only CG - so no luck to the Keen Criticals. Thanks for pointing that out.

As for your second point about choosing a "faction" for your warband, that has nothing to do with the Alignment of the figure itself. I'm pretty sure if Rask was dual-faction (which it turns out he isn't - oops!) he'd get the benefit of the effect, much in the same way multi-colour creatures in M:TG gain all benefits of each colour they are.

Just look at the Mongrelfolk - he has multiple monster types, and would receive all bonuses related to each type.

Anyways, ignore the Keen Crit on Rask, since that obviously doesn't work. however, I'm still intrigued with using Rask, Ryld, and two Goliaths...

Check the rule book glossary entries for "chaotic, evil, good and lawful". You'll see what I mean. I was once excited about Ryld plus Half-orc Barbarians 'til I remembered that little detail.

Faragar is correct, you pick a faction to play, so Ryld will be giving only the +2 attack OR the keen critical, depending if you picked CG or CE to play.

Ah well, too bad then.

On a side note, i just tried the above army tonight (but subbed the second Greycloak with 4 Elf Warriors instead) and it did pretty well. Lots of hitting power, and Ryld's initiative helps you take the swings early.
