You could try a Gnoll Sgt to get the same effect. Most things will take at least 5 pts of damage from a Red sams BW. Maybe take out the Flind and spear fighter and add the Gnoll Sgt and a Tiefling.

If you are looking for damage output switching the Maw for the spearfighter... Wait... Almost forgot, Flind CE says humanoids. Nevermind. I would lean toward using a Ocr Champ for one fo the samuri for the higher damage output, two attacks for 30 damage, instead of two attacks at 20 + 5 fire. Also reduseing the threat of fire immune creatures some.

I find Flind Cap quite a good figure....least he can go into the melee and survive it.[)]
