| I found that the balor looked very greased up and shiny. It's almost like he was dunked in crisco after he was painted. One sculpt I was impressed with was the Dreagloth. It looks very nice. | | Disipline is the only way to overcome chaos. | haven't seen the Balor up close yet so I can't comment on the sculpt. But of the ones I saw the Roper looked the best with the iron golem and half fiend ogre coming a very close second. The detail on the tentacles and teeth was what sold me on the Roper. I only saw my buddy's for a couple of minutes I haven't got one myself yet to really take a good look at it. | | | |

| | Hands down the Balor is awesome. The deep dragon while smaller than I thought was still cool. | | Champion of Axe Beaks and Brownies | |

| Pleasant surprise for looking good was the Hunched Giant. Looked much better in RL than in the previews.
Marut & Iron Golem are still my faves. | | Champion of the Huge Green Dragon *cough* Cyan *cough* Bloodbane *cough*

| i liked the BPM alot.. but was underwhelmed by alot of my pulls.
The common that most impressed me has got to be the Monitor Lizard. Thats just a great looking sculpt / paint job. even more impressive that its on a common that they must make 100's of thousands of. wow. | | Minis... | Of the ones I personally have, Marut has to be my fave. Of the ones I saw up close, gotta go with the Balrog... er, Balor.
Though Guen's pose makes her susceptible to tipping, she looks great in melee, pouncing away. I had her leaning against an opponent's LEE once, it looked like she was ripping it's... um, face? right off.
The Swarm of Spiders repaint is actually pretty cool too.
One major complaint - the Winter Wolf has a crevass right down its spine where the mold halves are badly joined - it wasn't just mine, there were others with the same flaw.
