I would swap the Satyr for a Graycloak to give you the extra activation/tile grabber.

replace the crow shaman with half orge barbarian, the nentyar makes crow shaman obsolete and the barbarian can help protect the archers when melee begins, another choice for 12 activations would be 2x elf warriors and another graycloak, which would maximize activations and provide more ranged attacks to go with the nentyar

good point on the melee, ok how about this for 8 activations then grey cloak Nentyar hunter HEBI Elf stalker x2 valenar commander timber wolf Half ogre barbarian

Give it a try. Are you playing with an 8 activiation limit? If not, I would also consider replacing 1 Stalker with Elf Warriors and Xephs. I like the HO Barb as a blocker in a ranged band. He blocks more space as a large, he has decent hp, a reasonable cost, and a melee attack that poses a threat for AoO's.

One other small point: for the Greycloak's minion, you should use a regular (Harbinger) Wolf instead of a Timber Wolf. The GCR's Minion ability removes Difficult from the Wolf, but doesn't remove Wild from the Timber Wolf, and you have no Beastmasters in your warband. Also remember that since Valenar and Nentyar are both Commanders, their CFX don't work on each other. So you couldn't use Valenar's CFX to double-plink a backfield piece like a Beholder with Nentyar, then get the free attacks from HEBI and company.
