Your band is case in point why I refuse to run the save=10 huges. It is also why I run the following: 3x Large Silver Dragon 1x Couatl 1x Cleric of Dol Arrah 1x Dwarf Artificier 1x Eberk Adventurer 1x Mialee Or something like that. I always play with the bottom 3.

You need some melee muscle for blockers. In the past, I ran a devastating 3 Beholder band that used 2 Thaskors for that job. Today, I'd use two non-epic Iron Golems. Maybe: 82 Dark Naga x2 249 Beholder x3 122 Iron Golem x2 Last 47 points = ? (Mindflayer Telepath is nice for 39, or a Gauth works)

Would it not be nifty if there was some way to get the Beholder into CE, or the Zombie White Dragon into LE. Now there is a blocker.
