Urthok
Chraal (beter keep Urthok out of battle for awhile)
Duergar champion

these are your three best minis, and can form the core of a good warband. If you are inexperienced, you could avoid the Chraal, allowing you to put urthok into battle sooner. The golem suffers the same fate as the chraal should you lose your commander.

After that, it is a style issue. I'm almost tempted to put the Aspect in there and then fill out the rest with filler.

Warband building is not my greatest strength, but the duergar champion needs to be in here. Your commanders are not long-lived types, making the chraal and IG less secure.

I know. That is why I like to have two commanders.

Dude, that's not the issue. Having 2 commanders doesn't prevent your chraal or IG from going poof when the commander it's attached to dies.

Well you could attach them each to a separate commander and make your opponent choose one to headhunt. Then you punish him brutally with the other minis he didn't go after.

EDIT: However, the Hobgoblin Sergeant and Half-Orc Fighter are really weak commanders. The Dark Naga would be a fine commander to have alongside Urthok. Or even as a solo commander. The Naga should be pretty cheap to acquire.

Make sure to attach the Iron Golem to the beefier commander. When he goes for him, you should be able to get in a good IG slap, as well as at least a round's worth of hits from the Chraal and Duergar. Key is also having activation control so you can move weenies first so you still have your heavy hitters left after your opponent moves his big pieces in to base your commander.
