I'm going to see the movie this afternoon so I'm sure I'll get some more ideas then, but I did just read the book this week so I've got a few ideas how to represent some of the characters from the story.

Peter: Valorous prince
Edmund: halfling sneak (small as Edmund was the youngest...a bit of a backstabber, though not entirely evil)
Lucy: Healer
Susan: either Arcane Archer, Wood Elf Skirmisher, or Nentyar Hunter (they gave her a bow)
Aslan: Dire Lion
Mr Tumnus (the faun): Satyr

other possible 'good guys': Centaur, Centaur Hero, Bauriar Ranger, Dire Badger? (as Mr Beaver), Ibixian? Thorn?

The bad guys are a lot harder...Mina seems to be about the only one who could even come close to representing an evil witch. There are no white witches at all in DDM yet. Other than Mina the only solution I could come up with is Medusa, and that's only because she turns people to stone. I was trying to see if there were any female wizard types who use cold damage too.

Some of her possible sidekicks: Winter Wolf, Dire Wolf, Duergar Warrior or champ (or really any dwarf, for that matter), any of the minotaurs, ogres, giants (Frost Giant might make the most sense.)

Anyway, whether or not you could actually make warbands out of these remains to be seen, but I thought I'd bring up the topic and see if anyone else had any thoughts or suggestions. It would be fun to try to get 1 'good' team and 1 'bad' team, and duke it out. You could even make an argument that Edmund belongs on the 'bad' team.

One possible solution for the 'good' warband:
Valorous Prince 48
arcane archer 48
Healer 12
halfling sneak 5
dire lion 32
satyr 15
centaur 20
dire badger 9
ibixian? 8
total 197

i believe the Ghaele Eladrin might make a good witch since she powerful but over costed. there also a unicorn and griffons. Its too bad the narnia toys are way out of scale. i did buy a pack that has the ankle biters (a little smaller than dwarves). Wereboars can also be used and ibixians

I was trying to think which piece you should use for the "Wardrobe" and I'm not sure.

Maybe we'll get a mimic soon.

The evil team can also use harpys, werecreatures, and polar bears (repaint the Dire Bear white). Hags would work well, too, when we get them.

is Mimic the thing that came to life out of leaves, petals, etc?

I don't really recall any Harpy's? For the werecreatures, are you thinking basically because a lot of the monsters were half-human half-animal? Looks like we also need a cheetah and a tiger, both were pretty prevalent in the movie.

harpies were on top of the rocks and flying around at the big sacrifice scene. As for the mimic, they look like pieces of furniture, he was making a joke that it could pass for the Wardrobe.

Im out- find me on Hordelings if you want to chat.

Ghostly Consort is kind of White and Evil and Female looking, and the gaze attack and possestion are kind of a bonus
