| Having seen through couatl + marut issue, I thought that Dragon shrine map will be another solution to beat marut. But, I was suprised that THERE IS NO SONIC RESISTANCE DRAGON AREA!
Isn't there any dragon which breath sonic? I wondered why there are two acid dragon(and acid resist area). I bet that one of those acid resist area is actually sonic resist area in WOTC's mind.
And chinese has mistaken to print acid instead of sonic. Are you agree with me? Is it another minor bug(or serious bug)? | | Korean D&D Miniature Player. Kant or Virginis!

Look at it logicly. It is a temple of Tiamat, correct? Tiamat has what heads..Red (Fire), Black (Acid), Blue (Electric), White (Cold), Green (Acid). So those are the Shrines that will be up. There is no Sonic breathing dragon that Tiamat has.. | | Welcome to Eternal Crack... "Corn is no place for a mighty warrior!" Champion of the Frost Salamander

| No.
There are 5 evil dragons. Black-acid Green-acid Red-fire Blue-elec White-cold
These are the five heads of tiamat and thus the five shrines. There is no core sonic dragon (im sure there are extended ones, but they arent the basic chromatics and part of tiamats head) | | Im out- find me on Hordelings if you want to chat.

First, please change the line "chinese dummy" the way it reads is pretty offensive (very possibly a language barrier thing).

Thank you. So. the thema is more important than playability in this case. I see.

For easy of game play, the green is acid in the minis game. | | Sean Banks Champion of Elementals Official Organizer Gen Con 05 maxminis Event | Winterfantasy 06 maxminis Event | Gen Con 06 maxminis Event | Winterfantasy 07 Community Event

| 1) I think that at least one of the Gem dragons has a sonic breath weapon but I don't have a MM 2. 2) Chlorine as a weapon mostly acts as an acid as it interacts with the water in your airways to form hydrochloric acid. There is also some oxidation of tissues.

| It's also no longer chlorine gas in D&D. I don't recall if it was a 2e change or a 3e change, but, anymore, it's acid.
But, it makes sense. Chlorine gas will just combine with the hydrogen in your lungs anyway, turning you into a machine for converting HCl into a dead body. So, it's still acid. [:)]

| | I think that they are just lines and cones now. There used to be a cloud form for the Green. It was a square. | | | |

| There used to be a third form in previous editions, but it was taken out, so now there's just cones and lines.
And yes, in the MM it specifies the green dragon as breathing a cone of corrosive (acid) gas.
