not sure about vigor but the other stuff looks right...we might actually see something like this soon hopefully! something to do each round...defensive, offensive, controls board...awesome...
Hope to see an Elan Psionic user soon too...biofeedback, ray, vigor, spend pp to reduce dmg,
more mindflayers would be fun too...the one from savage species that steals abilities would be cool, as would the one that focuses on its body and attacks instead of psychic abilities...body something...

| | I'm certain they are planning on bring out a few psionic pieces for LE in the near future. Otherwise it was a bad idea to make as a commander effect. I somehow doubt they really planed for her to be used primarily with mindflayers. | |

| LE Psionics? Maybe a Psion Killer (construct). Possibly the Duergar Psychic Warrior previously mentioned. Also, more Inspired are possible. But what I'd really like to see?
An Umbragen Psychic Warrior (see Dragon #330; also featured in the RTS game Dragonshard for the PC). I'd give the chances of this ever coming to be at about 10% (or lower), but hey, a guy can dream, right? | |

had to wrestle with that myself a bit...then realized it would take 1 1/2 rounds to pull off as long as dissolving weapon was just like half giants...5 less dmg output as a duergar champ after a round and a half with same chance of doing it under command of inspired LT...the att might need go down...probably +10 or +11 (since getting +4 from Inspired LT) but LE is the faction for high bonuses so i have trouble putting anything less than 12 or 13 on there...two smite 5's and non-magic dmg would probably work out just about as good... | |

| "Self - Gain 10 HP" is something you may as well work into the base stats or drop completely. Either give the guy 55 HP or drop it completely.
Wish is right though, as it stands that figure won't see competitive play. Frankly, even if you drop the price to 20 given the low AC and HP it wouldn't see alot of constructed play. Even with the low price it is a one-trick pony ... I assume the idea is to load up a disolving-smite for +13(25 magic + 15 acid) to +17 w/ the Inspired LT. Even then you've just created the Half Giant Psychic Warrior in another faction ... | |
